Cancellation

Cancellation will long be accepted via e-mail and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline
*  Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund
*  Refund should be charged by bank transaction fee and the rest of the money can be received after the conference 
*  All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder
*  Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number
*  Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment
You can choose getting your refund or keeping your reservation to other conference of the year.

120 days before the conference -10% Transaction Fee Fully keeping to conference of this year or next year
90 days before the conference -20% (Including Transaction Fee) Fully keeping your participation to other conference of next year
60 days before the conference -80% (Including Transaction Fee) 80% Price keeping to conference of next year
After 30 days before the conference You are not be eligible for a refund 50%-0% Price keeping to other conference of next year

Process of Cancellation: 
1) Download the Cancellation Requirement Form
2) Fill out Your Form
3) Write Your Signature on the Form
4) Send Scanned Forms to your coordinators
5) Wait for Confirmation is within 5 Working Days
6) Get your refund after the conference has taken place.
